Warriors Head to Botswana for Four-Nation International Tournament

The Zimbabwe national football team are set to take part in a Four Nations International Tournament scheduled to be held in Francistown, Botswana, as the team continues preparations for upcoming international commitments.

Zimbabwe will compete alongside hosts Botswana national football team, regional rivals Zambia national football team and Malawi national football team in the tournament that brings together four Southern African national teams.

All fixtures will be played at the Obed Itani Chilume Stadium, which will host the teams for the duration of the competition.

The invitational tournament is expected to provide the participating nations with valuable match practice as they fine-tune their squads ahead of future international competitions.

For Zimbabwe, the matches will present an opportunity for the technical team to assess player combinations and overall team performance while facing familiar regional opponents.

The Four Nations event is also anticipated to deliver competitive football for supporters, with Southern African teams renewing rivalries on the international stage.
